Vendor Contract and Registration Form

This agreement made and entered into and dated below, by and between the Luce-West Mackinac County Fair Board, the lessor and (name provided within form) the Lessee.

Lessor hereby grants and leases to said Lessee, certain rights, privileges and space during the period of the Luce-West Mackinac County Fair to conduct, operate and sell upon said premises such business and articles set out below and no other.

Privilege granted under such agreement gives the Lessee permission to conduct, operate, sell or exhibit the following articles:

TOTAL AMOUNT DUE REQUIRED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF SIGNED AGREEMENT.

-Lessee agrees to operate and conduct the privileges herein granted in strict conformity to the County, State and Federal Laws and the rules, regulations and conditions set forth and printed within the agreement are hereby accepted by both parties as an integral part of the agreement.

-No part of the space covered by this agreement may be used or occupied by any other party; no reassigned or sublet by the Lessee.

-The Lessee agrees to leave the premised and the property covered by this agreement in the same condition when he/she takes possession.

-NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE FAIRGROUNDS.

-No loud speakers or other broadcasting devises are permitted under this agreement.

-Participate at your own risk. Lessor is not responsible for any theft, damaged goods or injury.

-Each concessionaire/exhibitor must confine his/her business to the assigned space. Failure to do so will subject him/her to forfeiture of agreement without reimbursement. All frames, booths, materials etc. must be removed by close of last day of the fair.

-All space must be maintained in an orderly fashion. Concessionaires/exhibitors must not throw refuse, water or other fluids on the grounds, street, gutter or walkways. Violations of this rule will cause concessionaire/exhibitor to be closed and forfeiture of all fees paid.

-VEHICLES BELONGING TO LESSEE OR EMPLOYEES OF LESSEE SHALL PARK IN DESIGNATED PARKING AREA UNLESS PRIOR AUTHORIZATION IS GIVEN.

Lessee must supply own heavy duty extension cords and water hoses, if needed.

Indoor space will be limited. Space is assigned on a first come first serve basis upon receipt of full payment.

Completion of this form does not guarantee space until receipt of payment. Upon receipt of payment you will receive a confirmation email.
