LUCE MOOSE SHOOTOUT RULES AND REGULATIONS

LWMCF FOUR and SIX CYLINDER STOCK DIVISION RULES

Please read the general rules in addition to these division specific rules. Some duplication and/or discrepancies may arise and if so you are asked to contact track officials for an official ruling.
Please note – any driver not meeting the specifications listed below WILL NOT be permitted to compete in this division. There may be a one-week grace period, or penalties assessed for some specifications not met. These decisions are at the discretion of the tech officials and/or track officials and are not up for discussion.
* TRACK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONFISCATE ANY PART, OFF ANY CAR, AT ANYTIME FOR ANY REASON. IF IT’S ILLEGAL, DON’T BRING IT TO THE TRACK.
** JUST BECAUSE IT IS NOT WRITTEN, DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN DO IT.
GENERAL - These rules are set to provide for this to be an inexpensive class for the novice racer as well as the experienced racer. This class is designed to give the entry level person the opportunity to experience the thrill of racing as well as provide the experienced driver who cannot afford more expensive classes, the opportunity to continue to race.
This is a production division, and, unless specifically listed below as an allowable modification, YOU CAN NOT CHANGE OR MODIFY THE CAR OR PARTS IN ANY WAY.
This is NOT a “bump & run”, demolition derby, or enduro. This class is officiated, and treated, no different than any other division at the LWMCF.
In an effort to promote even competition, tech/track officials may impose sanctions, modifications or handicapping as they may see fit. If a car continues to dominate the class, officials may add weight to the car.

This is meant to be entertaining and fun.
